1. Who you are contracting with

KICKPATH is provided by Noahsure Group LTD (England & Wales), registered office 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AA. By creating an account you agree to these terms. KICKPATH is a 16+ service: you must be at least 16 years old to create an account or buy a membership. Parents, guardians, coaches and academies may hold their own account and use the guidance with the young players they support. If we believe an account holder is under 16 we suspend self-service access and review the account before closing it.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are fraudulent, automated or abusive.

3. Free features and KICKPATH Pro

Creating a player profile, browsing the drill library and using the nutrition tools are free. KICKPATH Pro unlocks the AI coach, personalised weekly plans and your saved drills locker.

4. Pricing, trial and renewal

Player profiles are free forever. KICKPATH Pro costs £29.99 per month or £299 per year. Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where due; local taxes are shown at checkout.
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
After the trial your membership renews automatically each period until you cancel. We charge the card on file on the renewal date.
If a payment fails we keep your access briefly while we retry, and tell you in the app. Persistent failure ends the membership.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from the Membership card in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, part-used periods are not refunded, except where required by consumer law or where we have charged you in error — email admin@noahsure.co.uk within 14 days and we will put it right.

6. Acceptable use

Don't resell, scrape or redistribute KICKPATH content, share your account, attempt to break the service or its security, or use the AI coach to generate unlawful, abusive or harmful content. Accounts breaching this may be terminated without refund.

7. Health and coaching disclaimer

KICKPATH provides educational training and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice and is no substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. Train within your ability, warm up properly, and stop and seek professional help if you feel pain or unwell. You take part at your own risk.

8. AI-generated content

Plans and coach replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them with a qualified coach before following them, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Cookies and privacy choices

Optional analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your decision at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
