Tell us the size and shape of your organisation and we prepare a written quote.

We issue the Organisation Licence contract and an annual invoice with your PO and VAT details.

Your Organisation Workspace and Admin Console are prepared, with administrator training.

Privacy and governance

Aggregate reporting only

Organisation isolation
Each organisation's records are separated, and no organisation can see another's data.
Role-based access
Club Owner, Academy Admin, Coach, Team Manager, Safeguarding Lead, Player and Parent or Guardian roles each see only what their role requires. Safeguarding Leads see flagged items only.
Removable access
Access can be withdrawn immediately and the place reassigned within the contract year.

Frequently asked
Do members get a different product?
No. Every member uses exactly the same KICKPATH experience as an individual subscriber. The Organisation Licence adds a layer around it for administration, reporting and governance.
Can we pay monthly?
No. Organisation Licences are billed annually in advance by invoice. Purchase orders and VAT invoices are supported.
What happens when someone leaves?
Your administrator removes their access in the Admin Console and reassigns the place to somebody else within the same contract year.
Do individual users lose anything?
Nothing changes for them. Existing individual subscriptions, features and prices are entirely unaffected.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A time-limited pilot is available on request so you can prove the fit before committing to a full contract year.
How is reporting handled?
Reporting is aggregate. Administrators see adoption and engagement at organisation and group level, exportable to CSV, rather than individual private content.
What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum annual contract is £7,500. There are no mid-term reductions, and renewal terms are agreed ahead of each contract year.
